About Us
Shaun McQuistion is 39 years old, married, with two children. He was born and raised in Dallas, TX. As a long time Insurance executive, Shaun successfully climbed the corporate ladder and in doing so, sacrificed his most precious commodity, his time. Wisely, he decided to make a change. He replaced his working income with passive income from real estate and left the corporate world for good.
Now with fourteen years of real estate investment experience, and as President of the largest real estate association in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, Shaun is recognized not only for his success, but also for his leadership, expertise and integrity. These attributes, along with his vast network of local resources, provides Shaun with the opportunity he cherishes most, helping others achieve the same success.
Daniel Kline is 29 years old, married, with 3 children. He started his professional career working in his family's businesses at the age of 11. Daniel's family businesses included a restaurant, dry cleaning store, and a commercial cleaning company.
Daniel met his current business partner, Shaun McQuistion, in April of 2003. He began to buy and sell real estate at a very rapid pace due to the mentoring he received from Shaun. Since that time, Daniel has participated in over 300 real estate transactions.
Daniel enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, attending church, and helping people.
